In a revelatory performance, Norman Andrade stars in the shocking and moving true-life story of Patrick Higgins, a psycopath who murdered two childred in December 1993. While Higgins confessed to the two murders to his friend, he claimed to have killed only because they were bothering him.

Nearing suicidal despair, Higgins did'nt really talk about his mental problems with his family.
